Pen Y Banc has now re-opened you will be pleased to hear. The ground floor is now suitable for guests who have limited mobility including Double Bedroom, Shower Room, large Kitchen Diner and new entrance directly from parking area. This avoids steps to front door.


The following are all included but there are too many things to be entirely listed. all my guests have told me that it is one of the best equipped cottages ever.  More like a home..  Trip Advisor rating usually five stars before modernisation.  I do all my own House keeping and standards were high even pre Covid..


  • Parking for two cars.  Unrestricted parking in Sarnau..
  • All disposables including Kitchen towel, foil, cling film. toilet rolls, hand soap, washing powder, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets.  Tea Towels and cloths.
  • Central Heating.
  • Logs, coal, matches, fire lighters, paper, kindling.
  • Three Towels for each person with spares.
  • Shaving and electric tooth brush point in shower room ground floor.
  • Bathmat, Bathroom scales, toilet seat for child.
  • Best quality Bed Linen.
  • Hair Dryers.
  • High Chair and travel cot. Please bring your own cot linen since every parent has own views.
  • Sewing repair kit.  Shoe Polish
  • Flasks and Picnic set, Umbrellas. Torch.
  • information box with maps, guides, instructions for use.
  • Dog bowls. Bring your own towels for muddy dog feet. Secure Garden and Dog Poo Bags..
  • Emergency toiletries.
  • Laundry facilities, ironing table etc.
  • Condiments.  Tea and Coffee.  Semi Skimmed Milk or advise me if you prefer a different type.
  • Games, books adult and children, DVD's, Music Centre.
  • TV 40 inch. Use your own passwords to access your home channels. ( Remember to Log Off on leaving)
  • Re-Cycling facility.
